Don't organize while you produce. The structure reveals itself after you have enough pieces. Forcing structure before the content exists is construction trying to control the output before the field has spoken.

Stop scheduling tasks. Allocate attention. If you build, you build. If you nap, you nap in that mode. If you think, you think about the work. The allocation is attention, not activity.

You can't plan a thousand days from today but you're afraid of figuring out tomorrow. Figure out tomorrow. Then figure out the next one. Small units. Bricks. A good year is just a string of good days.

The AI doesn't know what you want until you know what you want. Precision of language is everything. A vague prompt produces vague work. A clear prompt with a clear outcome and a clear constraint produces something you can use. You're not coding. You're directing.

Build the thing you need. Use it yourself. Other people like you will find it. You don't need everyone. You need enough people who want what you want. Keep costs low. Stay in business. That's the whole model.

Does it make something? Instrument. Does it move something? System. A camera makes images. A website delivers them. The distinction cleared every foggy decision about what belongs where.

A video artwork finishes. You feel the edges close. A living system doesn't finish. It evolves. The site will never feel done because it isn't designed to be done. There's a moment when you open the gate. Not because everything is planted. Because enough is alive.

Pick three things. Do those. Everything else is noise until those are done. The ratio doesn't lie. Track it and the number moves. Don't track it and you'll convince yourself you're busy.

The book isn't a collection of ideas. It's a system of reminders that keep you awake. Every note is a tap on the shoulder. Every kit entry is a tool in the hand. The whole thing is a mirror. You built it so you could see yourself clearly enough to keep going.

The site isn't a gallery showing art. The site is the art. Each screen is a living piece. The moment that landed, every design decision simplified. You stop decorating and start composing.

Every component wants to do one thing. When you let it do two things, both get worse. Navigation navigates. Orientation orients. Conversation converses. The system got simple when each part got a single job.
